2 Hershey's chocolate bars (or 2 small bags of sugar free candy bars)
4 Tbls milk
1 1/2 cup Heartland granola cereal with raisins
1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
In a small microwave safe mixing bowl, melt the chocolate for 1-2 minutes with the milk. Once the chocolate is melted, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until coated with chocolate. On a lined cookie sheet, spoon mixture on to it with teaspoon. Let it harden in refrigerator for half to one hour.
