Apple Nachos

Ingredients:

3-4 crispy and slightly tart apples

1 tsp lemon juice

5 tbsp creamy peanut butter

¼ cup sliced almonds

¼_cup pecans

¼_cup Flaked unsweetened coconut (optional)

 ¼ cup chocolate chips

¼_cup Heartland® Low Fat Raisin & Almond Granola

Directions:

Slice apples thin enough that it would be easy to eat the slice in one or two bites. Toss the apples with lemon juice to keep them from browning too fast. Heat peanut butter until it is melted and drizzle all over the apples. Next, sprinkle on almonds, pecans, coconut, chocolate chips and Heartland® granola. Drizzle on remaining peanut butter.
